1. Where is the HealthDynamicsProgram available and who can participate in the Program?
The HealthDynamicsProgram is made available anywhere in the country through a custom PPO network, currently in 11 states with 50 satellite provider locations with the ability to set up additional providers. Once a provider location is selected and set up, any size employer can utilize that facility 52 weeks a year. This PPO model enables a consistent Program to be implemented throughout the country and allows all of the data to reside in one data repository and decision support system.
2. How is the HealthDynamicsProgram covered under a company’s employee benefit?
The HealthDynamics examis typically tucked under the routine care, annual exam or preventive care benefit. The Program is paid for at 100% and typically shifts dollars within the routine care benefit.
