The HealthDynamics exam includes both a medical, orthopedic and fitness evaluation. The medical, orthopedic and fitness evaluations screen for current and potential future disease. Based on the results of the evaluation, HealthDynamics prepares and presents a personalized exercise and diet prescription for each individual along with recommendations on how to enhance fitness and reduce the risk of health disease.

F. Wellness Coaching/Consultation Session
- Typically 60 minutes in duration, one-on-one or with spouse, provided by a healthcare professional either in-person or via telephone, if preferred by the participant. The purpose of these sessions is to review the Individual Report, create awareness and understanding of risk factors, answer any questions, and provide customized recommendations
- The Individual Report (paper copy) will be provided to all participants describing current exam results and demonstrating changes from previous Health Dynamics exams. Risks are quantified and described, in addition to the individual recommendations for improvement that are outlined during the consultation
