The HealthDynamics Preventive Care Program is designed to help individuals achieve and maintain optimal health and fitness with resultant savings in healthcare costs to our clients. Our efforts focus on improving individual lifestyle choices through wellness coaching and intervention programming in the area of fitness, nutrition and stress management.
In addition to disease prevention, HealthDynamics uses a series of exam procedures for the purpose of detecting disease in its early stages. Early detection allows for more effective treatment, improved health outcomes and reduced costs for treatment vs. detecting the disease in later stages.
HealthDynamics offers a Preventive Care Exam that is provided on an annual basis and is typically covered under the routine care, annual exam or preventive care benefit of companies and health funds alike.

The HealthDynamics exam includes a medical, orthopedic and fitness evaluation. These evaluations screen for current and potential disease. Based on the results of the evaluation, HealthDynamics presents a personalized exercise and diet prescription for each individual along with recommendations on how to enhance fitness and reduce the risk of disease
- Incentive Plan Programs
The objective of implementing an Incentive Plan Program is to encourage participation in an annual preventive care program and to maintain participation annually so as to impact lifestyle behaviors positively and intervene on risks, ultimately reducing long-term health care costs
- Lifestyle Modification Programs
The HealthDynamics Program also includes National added Value Programs, offering clients an intervention website, 800# telephone Preventive Care Information Line, Quarterly Newsletters, etc. for no additional cost
- Strategic Partner Relationships
To round out our portfolio of services, HealthDynamics has developed Strategic Partner relationships for those clients who wish to offer a full service, single source approach to the Total Health Management decision support system. HealthDynamics will integrate our data with your existing Strategic Partners/Vendors or help clients obtain additional relationships to fulfill more comprehensive wellness initiatives
